Welcome in. This is the house board.

Titles, programs, and prices stay on the public site. Arrival, host notes, and anything that would put a pin on a map stay here — and still go out by email, never as a posted address. If you found this page without a yes from the board, please leave and apply the usual way.

What's current.

  • Directions are emailed, not posted.

Write from the address on your application. We send current notes to that inbox only. Please don't forward them to a group chat or put them on a map.

  • Titles live on the public calendar.

Member signup for a listed night is arranged by email after you're in. Prepaid on Zeffy. Staff complimentary at education evenings.

  • The campaign is public. Working notes are not.

Anyone can read the case for owning The Lodge. Details that aren't ready for the street still come by email.

Need arrival notes?

Write the house from the email on file. We don't put a pin here.

Code of Conduct

How we keep the room.

  • Adults onlyEveryone here is 18 or older. We check. There are no exceptions.
  • ConsentAsk. Hear the answer. Stop if it changes. A host can end a night for anyone.
  • No harassmentDiscrimination, violence, and pressure get you removed. Write the board the same day if something feels off.
  • PrivacyNo photos of other people without a clear yes. No posting the house. No sharing arrival notes.
  • Hosts keep the roomIf a host asks you to step out, you step out. We talk after, not over them.

Hosts and hands

How the $10 class stays $10.

  • Setup and close — chairs, water, first aid bag in sight.
  • Door — greet, check the list, keep the room adult.
  • Teach — a workshop you actually know, on the public calendar.
  • Ride or meal for a presenter coming up from the city.

If you can take a night, say so by email. We don't assign from a public signup sheet.
