Lifestyle America Social Club Inc. (LASC) has been teaching safety, communication, consent, and relationship skills, providing support, and building community out of borrowed spaces for years. The need has outgrown the walls. The LASC Headquarters & Outreach Center will be a purpose-built 10,000+ sq ft facility in Dutchess County, NY designed for education, outreach, support, and connection.

Campaign Goal & Use of Funds
Our capital campaign goal is $500,000–$1,000,000. Every dollar is dedicated to property acquisition, renovation and build-out, ADA and life-safety upgrades, furnishings, and the infrastructure needed to operate for decades.
- Property acquisition: $250,000–$500,000
- Renovation & build-out: $150,000–$300,000
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing: $60,000–$120,000
- ADA & safety upgrades: $35,000–$75,000
- Furnishings & equipment: $40,000–$105,000
- Professional services & permits: $15,000–$55,000
- Contingency (10%): $40,000–$100,000

You can support the capital campaign through one-time gifts, multi-year pledges, major gifts with naming opportunities, corporate sponsorships, or in-kind support.

Direct contributions to the building fund that move us toward acquisition and build-out.
